Our approach
At Pila, we believe the best workout is the one you actually want to come back to. Every session is built around precision and breath, not volume and exhaustion. You'll leave feeling stronger, taller, and genuinely good about yourself. That's the whole point.
01
Intentional
Every movement is deliberate. No filler. No ego. Just your body doing exactly what it's capable of.
02
Personal
Six clients per class. Your instructor knows your name, your progress, and what you need that day.
03
Consistent
Results come from showing up. We make that easy by creating a studio you actually want to be in.
Bodyweight only. The original practice. Incredibly effective for building the deep core strength that carries into everything else you do.
Book now →Spring resistance. Full-body precision. This is the session our clients come back to week after week. It's what they recommend to everyone they know.
Book now →One instructor, one client, one hour of complete attention. For beginners, post-natal recovery, injury rehab, or anyone who wants to go deeper.
Book now →"The goal isn't a smaller body. It's a stronger one you actually enjoy living in."
— Lauren Hill, Founder
About the studio
Pila was built around one question: what would a studio look like if it was designed entirely for how women want to feel? Small classes so you're never anonymous. Warm, attentive instruction. A space that makes you want to slow down the moment you walk in.

Real feedback
"I came back after having my second baby and honestly didn't recognise my body. Six weeks later I feel connected to it again. That's the only way I can describe it. I feel like myself."
"Nothing has made me feel as strong and as calm at the same time. CrossFit, yoga, running — this is the only thing I've actually stuck with."
"I actually look forward to coming. That's never happened with a workout before. The atmosphere here is completely different."
Good questions
Mat Pilates uses only your bodyweight — the original practice, deeply effective for core strength. Reformer uses spring resistance for a wider range of exercises. Many clients love both. Your instructor can help you figure out where to start.
None at all. Beginners are genuinely welcome, not just tolerated. Your instructor will walk you through everything before your first session so you arrive feeling calm and confident.
Form-fitting clothes so your instructor can see your alignment. Grip socks are required for reformer and available at the studio. Arrive five minutes early for your first session.
Most clients feel a difference within 3–4 sessions. Visible changes typically come around 4–6 weeks. Two to three sessions per week is ideal — but even once a week makes a real difference over time.
Pilates is one of the most rehabilitation-friendly movement practices available. Many clients come specifically for back pain, post-natal recovery, or post-surgery rehab. Just let your instructor know before class.
No experience needed. No perfect body required. Just show up. We'll take care of everything else.
